Saturday, October 16, 2010 Centre Court (from 12.00hrs) 1. Tamarine Tanasugarn vs. Marion Bartoli2. Kimiko Date Krumm vs. Shahar Peer 3. Brianti/Rybarikova vs. Chang/Osterloh A tricky Semi for Marion. Tami is a veteran of the tour, but Marion is on a run of Form. So we have an interesting match ahead. One more hurdle Marion!

"Tanasugarn was the first of the two to advance, upsetting No.2 seed Marion Bartoli in straight sets, 62 75. After Tanasugarn took the first set handily, they stayed on serve through 5-all in the second set; the Thai veteran, 33, broke for 6-5 then served it out. "I focused on being aggressive and enjoying myself, and it helped me today," said Tanasugarn, who reached her second final of the year, having been runner-up in Pattaya City in February. "Now it's almost the end of the year and I'm in another final. It is helping me to build confidence for hopefully having a good start to next year." Delighted for Tami! And the final with Kimiko will be something else. These two women have shown that you do not need to be 6 Feet+ and serve at 120mph in order to play tennis.
