Shame you can't go Jim I will try my best, my new lens arrived today. It's a 55-200mm. Wasn't sure whether I should have went for a 300mm, trial and error. At Wimbledon I see tons of swanky yankies with their baseball caps and huge telescopic zoom lenses. Last year I just had an 18-55mm, fine for close up photos, but useless for action shots. Marion came and stood so close to me that 2R evening............. Jim.

Well as long as your not in the Gods on Centre Court. Even my 300mm zoom was useless. tiny people in white. We have TV probs on the Island, and Im not sure if the BBC red button service will be ready in time for Wimby. Red Button lets you choose your match. Still, maybe next year things will improve money wise Have a safe journey down and back home. I'll follow on twitter, and there is somebody on Facebook has a Marion thing there.

Is that the French one Marion Bartoli + fans? I was a bit concerned about that account.
I'm sort of half way in the gods.... hmmmm, if a 300 was no use, then, practice courts are best bet. Marion is high possibility of playing on centre, all through the tournament, depending on draw. R1 bye.
